    for just a hint of mint

    Last Christmas I did a Choc Mint Stout. Used a French Press with good success. Pour 2 cups boiled water over 1 Oz mint tea leaves, steep 5 minutes, cool and add at bottling or kegging time. If you are using priming suger to carb, steep that and kill 2 birds same time. Cheers

    Couple of Cold Crash questions

    I have and Irish Red and a Dogfish 60 Minute IPA (thanks Yoop) in fermenters. Both with Wyeast Pacman yeast. The Wyeast Pacman 1764 I was able to obtain had a Manufacturer's date of 06/01/11. Mr Malty's calculations state that I need a 506 billion cells for 1.070 OG. That's 13...
