Made a batch this weekend. Rainy and overcast and cool. Inside temp 68F. Perfect. Got home this afternoon, beautiful and sunny outside. Indoor temp 81 frickin degrees. Its either to hot or too cold all in the same damn 24 hours.

I keep bees in my back yard, and have two hive from which I harvested 7 gallons of honey from his year. I would suggest Bee Keeping for Dummies by Howland Blackiston.
I just harvested 5 gallons of honey from my two hives. Going to make meade and use it in cooking. Bees are great for your garden too. I only get stung once or twice a year.
