broken glass.........it was only the very very bottom tip of it that broke off. gonna have to look for it! just a tiny peice, but thats all it took. i will have to filter/strain even more! not as worried about the glass, as i am about the mercury! ha, a lil' glass wont kill ya.....quickly! ha

i messed up it was already being recurculated back into the pot, and it was dark already. plus it is a 28g. pot and thats alot of boiling water to get through.

alright today we had a beer a brewing , and in the begining process of the boil kettle just boiling the water, a buddy pulled up the thermometer to check the temp and it sliped off the chain and fell into the pot!:mad: we could not seem to fetch it out, so we was very carefull not to break it...

i made a wine almost the same exept i added a small bag of frozen mixed fruit (find at any grocer) to it! it turned out pretty good, a lil' to dry for my taste (sweet), but it was cheap and easy! cant realy mess it up, and the posibilities are endless!

i have learned not to put my faith in her beer fetching skills upon command! so i have a kegarator in the basement, fridge in the kitchen (of course), and a fridge in the billiards room on the other side of the house! but if im lucky she will still grab me one even though im only bout 12' away...
