Yea I will do a little write up on how it taste. After about 72 hours the yeast is slowing down. I'll take a reading tomorrow.

We brewed a wet BIPA on Saturday. 3 pounds of wet cascade hit a 30 minute whirlpool.

The brewery I work at asked me to do a R and D batch. We changed the yeast on a beer we do already. Well this is it with a fresh cascade hop fresh on the bine.

First year cascades are looking great. Years ago I tried my hand at hops. With zero luck (that was my issue not taking time to care for them.) but this round my 5 new 1st years should pump out enough to do a wet hop ale. And possibly enough to do a wet hop infusion at the brewery I work at.

My issue is this is being pumped into the wort as it is coming out of the chiller into a fermenter.

I have an online O2 setup I built. The stone is a 2 micron. From what I've read and seen online the times vary. Some say 30-60 seconds, other say I.E. 5 gallon batch run 2.5 gallons in before turning it on for the rest. What would everyone suggest? I've used it once, and did the 2.5 no O2 then...

We just started using jet dry for our hard water issues. This could be the bastard.

Yes I have always done this. But last 3 or so batches have posses issues.

No starter, and usually I use wyeast 99% of the time. And I usually wait 2 weeks before trying any beer. Before I never had an issue but now I have. Just trying to figure this out. My next batch I may just sanitize bottles with star San and see what happens. Anyone have a better idea?
