    Bunch of us in Oreland/Glenside/Wyncote Club is the G.L.U.B Club and we meet last Thursday of the month @7:30 on the top floor of Campbell's Place in Chestnut Hill. (which just happens to be tomorrow)

    use the boil off tool in beersmith to make adjustments to your equipment profile. if i read everything correctly it would go like this: shrinkage rate= 0 since you already cooled it. starting volume : 6.25 starting gravity:1.058 add 16 min boil time to get to your target post boil...

    Thanks I wasn't sure if there was anything visual to ML. Looks like its just a plain ole oops infection. I think I forgot the campden on transferring to secondary with this batch so it might have picked something up there.

    Using conan year for cider

    Used the East Coast Yeast version of Conan for a batch of Poverty Lane Cider. Did not clear very well yet, might be the juice. Its in secondary will try to remember to post some notes once it is done.

    Heads up hop heads - Mosaic (HBC 369) at freshops!

    Just kegged a batch of this : After a week I cranked the heat up to 80 and left it for 2 weeks. Hydro Sample was damn tasty. I really like the Amarillo / Mosaic Combo

    This one is unfiltered according to the description, the starter I made smelled right and didn't really clear after cold crashing so i think its the right yeast.

    I managed to get a starter going from a bottle of this : Anyone use it before? The beer had a nice banana nose im guessing it will be a standard bavarian wheat type yeast. Like wyeast3638 or wlp300
