    You're giving us not much to go on. If you dry hopped with Fuggles, I've found it takes a little longer to mellow out, but that beer is not too green. Can you give us more detail on hops and what you're tasting?

    I don't really know the market for that, but if there is one, best of luck. However, I would strongly caution you against selling alcohol. Give the organizers a list of beers to bring, and sell yourselves as educators, not providers of beer. You get into a lot of legal issues (and licensing)...
