How difficult would it be to go through the side of the fridge? I'd kinda like easy acess to the freezer for hops. Does the freezer even work with the temp controller?

Your pump should be @ the lowest pt in your system. (That is the pump head right?) I'd rotate 90 degrees & kill that trap under the pump.

Or if the valve @ the BK is 1/2 NPT you can just switch to 3/4 hose. Probably not that far of a run. Drop to 1/2 hose barb after the chiller if you need to get down in size to match the rest of your hoses.

Do you have really good water there? All the water filters I've seen have been atleast 2 stage?
