You already have the silver solder supplies, right? That would be the best solution to try and plug any holes i would think, assuming you know where the trouble spot is.

I don't know how large you want to go, but if you have the resources to convert them, keggles can be had for cheap if you are are patient.

I added Bobby's solder TC element fittings and all stainless elements. So far I am really pleased.

I also got a stainless chugger pump head. It pumps noticeably faster than the plastic March head I had. The inlet port is a larger bore and the fins on the impeller are larger than those of the March.

You need to be looking for a short or low resistance between ground and neutral.
