    Too much carbonation

    I forced carbed my brown ale. It has been sitting for 3 weeks now. When I went to tap it, nothing but foam comes out no matter what psi I dispense at. Is there any way to fix this? The keg has not been disturbed, so the foam is not from moving the keg. Thanks Kel

    Where to find a false bottom for a converted half-barrel keg MLT?

    Rich...did u put together your own connections that connect the false bottom to the ball valve? I have the same false bottom, but need to make the connection to the valve. Any suggestions? thanks Kelly

    Food Saver or Seal-a-Meal

    I have a foodsaver and it is so easy to use. I would definitely recommend it for anyone who buys in bulk. Great for grain and bulk hops.

    stuck beverage out tube

    Standard price for CO2

    I have a small soda distributor a half a mile down the street from my house. He charges me 5 bucks to fill my 5# tank. Also sells me cornies at $16 a piece which is great when you factor in no shipping. Kelly

    Hello...New Brewer from RI

    Just brewed my first batch today (12/25/06). Can't wait to see how it comes out. Very exciting! I'm already hooked. Brewed a brown ale. Malt extract. New to this site, but it seems very informative. Any suggestions on my next beer?
