    FLAT Keg

Just read the sticky'd thread right here in the "Bottling/Kegging" section. It's right up there. The first post has literally all the information you'll need. It even has pictures; the first of which explains why your keg isn't carbed yet and what you can do to carb it.

    Coffee in Randall

Meaning it was being pushed from the keg, through that filter, and then into a glass for consumption? If so, AMAZING! Additionally, how much coffee flavor did this impart?

    sticky kegerator tap

To Hijack this thread: That specific perlick faucet, does the handle also pull forward to dispense normally, or is it strictly a "creamier head" faucet? I imagine it's dual purpose, but I figured I'd ask since the description in that link is a little ambiguous. edit: That was a lazy question on...

    wine bottles?

Yeah, they used corks and then caged them like a champagne bottle.

Wasn't there an episode on BrewTV.com where they corked a beer? One of the earlier ones? I'll go check...

    Question about the DanbyDKC645BLS Kegerator

I don't know if you're referring to a specific device that has been discussed here, but something that immediately jumps to mind as usable would be a small (or large, depending on the CO2 bottle you're using) fire extinguisher wall mount.

    Gluten Free Wicked Messenger Wit

I'd be really interested in an update on this. Additionally, if I kegged this onto an ounce or so of blueberry extract, think it would come anywhere near the Leinenkugel Sunset Wheat clones posted? My Celiactic wife is only going to give me the green light on homebrewing if I make her a GF...

    Pressurizing a keg

The part of this I'm not understanding is where you say you've already drank from the keg. What pressure were you drinking it at? If you're already drinking it at 10psi..... it's already at 10psi, so leave the CO2 connected where it's at. Like JohnnyO says, you won't lose any gas. If...

Keg Polishing - How To -

Can't argue with the results. That looks really nice. But is it strictly aesthetic, or is there a practical reason to polish a keg?

Looking for a good gluten free recipe.

@DKershner: I know you would be down to help, and that's why this board is so inspiring @Lcasanova: I saved those recipes to my computer, and the blood orange hefe will probably be my first GF brew attempt. Like I said, this is a long term goal right now as I just don't have the room in...

Looking for a good gluten free recipe.

Haha. And of course, after the stresses of the day have wound down, I regret even posting. Anyways, on the topic of Gluten, I explained to my SWMBO the justifications of starting up homebrewing, which is I'll be able to craft GF beers that don't suck. Well she took the bait, which is a good...
