There was a post here a while back about a soapy taste/smell on their brew and i cant seem to find the thread. The brew is about 3 weeks old, and all of a sudden has a soapy smell.....can anyone give advice or what happened?

I see alot of places that are selling 20 min boil kits. Being very new to homebrew. Whats the story behind these? when would u add the moss?

New user here, only one brew in. My main problem is the I live in south texas, and right now it isnt too bad, but when it gets warmer im worried about keep my ferms temp stable. We hit 105 degrees easily in the summer, any easy ways to keep the brew cooler without keeping my house at 70 degrees...
