    Im not completely positive what a yeast starter consists off... what it does... how you make one? Can someone help me out here or point me in the right direction? Im brewing all grain and this is something i just cant seem to wrap my head around! Thanks guys!

    I know to use a hydrometer! I took a reading and it says is done (got a reading of 1.014). I was purely asking has anyone seen a beer ferment that quick, because we have not seen that yet and we have been brewing for a while now! Thanks

    What are the upsides to doing secondary? I feel Im failing to see them. Can you just do a primary and bottle/keg? I brewed a Sierra Nevada clone on Friday and its in primary, should i do a secondary, and what would be the process?
