Just wondering if you are using the hop rocket before or after the plate chiller? Seems to make sense before the chiller, but then heat on the hops would be higher. Could aid in filtering the wort however. Couldn't tell from the images. Great setup. Maybe my next purchase.

I had the same issue recently. First thought it was the dog. After the dog left the area for awhile, hit google and found the answer: common smell of sulfur with this yeast. At one point was thinking: Should I dump it? As they say every experience is a good one.

Just wondering how you get that to seal? Thinking of doing something similar to the HLT. Is it just the "Tight Fit" or something unseen? Thanks
