    Refridgerator temperature control.

Agreed, the STC 1000 is MUCH easier than it looks and way cheaper. It took me a few hours to figure out what I was doing but then I found an awesome diagram and a great video. It worked so well I bought another one. PM me for a specific list of stuff to get from the store to build it solid...

Upright Keezer / Lager Chamber Build

I have the same exact freezer. I built a chest keezer that held 7 kegs + CO2 bottle and it wasn't enough. By my measurements, I should be able to fit 12 kegs in this freezer (6 on top, 6 on the bottom) if I take the shelves off the door like he did. JonW fit 11 kegs but he kept the shelves on...

    Selling everything

All PMs answered...I think. The last time I said that I got 10 more messages while typing. If I haven't answered your PM, please say so. Most common PMs: Yes I will ship stuff anywhere you want. I'm not at home since my house is packed up so I won't be able to get measurements and shipping...

    Selling everything

All PMs answered. I have a complicated price sheet here so if you would like to know the price of an individual item, please PM me. Here is a list of everything I have left that has not been officially claimed or paid for. 1 - stainless steel brew table with sink. It has two burner holes but...

    Selling everything

Wow I didn't anticipate this much interest in under 24 hours. I finally got back home and I'm working on responding to all the PMs right now. I'm deploying as a government contractor so I'll be gone for at least 14 months and I'd hate to store it when other people can get plenty of use out...

    Selling everything

I figured I'd give you guys first dibs before it's found on craigslist and people start calling me. http://cosprings.craigslist.org/for/3527314395.html

    WTB: Friday night GABF tix

I've found a few on craigslist so they're out there. You just gotta jump on them as soon as their listed. Be prepared to pay a "finder's fee" though.

    Stainless sink/table brew stand

It turned out pretty well. I made a batch of Irish Red Ale without any problems (once I stopped being afraid of the burner). The crappy part is I was chosen for a short notice business trip to Tampa and I've been here for over two months. I'm looking forward to getting back in a couple weeks so...

    Homebrewery.com ingredient kits?

Update - The Belgian Wit was better than retail Blue Moon (unanimous decision) and the Bavarian Bock is really damn good; it reminds me of Super Bock, a beer I drank in high school while in Portugal. I still have the 10th Anniversary IPA ingredients and I'm just waiting for the wind to die down...

    Stainless sink/table brew stand

I would love to lift the inserts but they are completely welded to the table and the wind blocker underneath is welded to the inserts. I'm sure it can be done but we would have to cut it all out and weld it back together. I'm ok with the table getting hot because it's only the 4-6 inches around...

    Stainless sink/table brew stand

The welder came over yesterday and welded the blocks on real quick so I could brew today. He plans to redo it with nicer parts and better welds later on. We turned the flame up pretty high and didn't have any problems. After about 30 minutes the burner and the area around it sunk almost an inch...

    Stainless sink/table brew stand

Thanks, I love having a sink that I don't have to worry about when I'm spilling water everywhere. Although, I wish I had hot water hooked up as well because it gets cold at night when I'm normally brewing. I can fill the pot with the sprayer so the only lifting I'll have to do is after it's...

    Stainless sink/table brew stand

Thanks for the input. I called the welder and he agreed with the lift blocks idea. He's going to bring his equipment over tomorrow so we don't have to haul the stand (250+ lbs) back to his house.

    Stainless sink/table brew stand

The gas was barely on when I lit it. Then I turned it up and adjusted it until I had a blue flame that was high enough to brew with. The flame was lit for over a minute before it lit the gas just inside the oxygen intake. The only way I could keep the flame from coming out of the bottom really...

    Stainless sink/table brew stand

So this is what I ended up with. I tested it today and wanted to get 5 gallons up to a boil. When I lit the burner, the flame came out from around the pot (second picture) and also from below the wind shield (third picture). The flame came out of the bottom so strong that it lit the propane just...

    My first fat tire

I was in Ft Collins this weekend, visiting a friend, and had a Fat Tire at one of the bars downtown. I tried it when I moved here a year ago and didn't like it much back then but I really liked it two nights ago. I was so surprised that I decided to have a 1554 an hour later just to see if my...

    Stainless sink/table brew stand

Using the sink as a mash tun is a good idea but I already have a coleman xtreme for that. I wanted to have a sink in my brew stand because I want access to water (and a large sink) while I'm brewing. Right now I'm using the tiny sink in my basement wet bar for everything and it's just not doing...

    Stainless sink/table brew stand

I was going to buy a brew stand. Then I decided to build one. Then I decided to have one built by someone with skills and knowledge. THEN, I came across this on craigslist. It's 10 feet long and 28 inches deep. The thing that sold me was the fact that I had already planned to incorporate a sink...

Mash tun and propane burner stand (Denver)

Damn! I was in Denver earlier today. $70 for the keggle and burner? I might be game.
