    Pumpkin Ale using.....real pumpkins?

Somebody posted on here once that they cut up the pumpkin, then grilled it on their grill and added it to the mash. Anyone have the link to that thread?

why do friends think homebrew is FREE?

Beat them over the head with a baseball bat on the way out. Take there wallet and extract funds as appropriate. When they come around, tell them someone jumped them and you and the boys kicked his ass and he ran off. Or...stop being a cheap ass and just let them drink.

    Forgot to add priming sugars

Your method will work just fine.

    Infected again >(

You need a solid cleaning and sanitizing regiment. Everything that touches your wort should be sanitized. First make sure everything is visually clean, then use your sanitizing solution. Make sure your sanitizer is the right strength and doing its job (using starsan or iodopher?). Make sure you...

    Mashing in a keggle

I do direct fire with a false bottom. It's not perfect, but if you get it right you can keep it within a couple of degrees.

    White hop leaves

You might have some damage from spider mites or aphids. Check for buggies

Can I brew a lager without a dedicated fridge?

Yes you can, but be prepared for some off flavors. It will probably come out very fruity and might have a lot of diacetyl taste to it. Depends on the strain, but you probably won't get the clean, dry flavor you are looking for at ale temperatures. Your insultated chamber with ice should work...
