Well I went to CostCo.com to see if they listed Beer. But I didn't find any. Interestingly enough I did find beer ingredient kits there. I didn't know they sold beer kits :rockin:

Haha, that's funny. I'm actually going to test my Fat Tire Ale tonight and taste it. I think it's finally done fermenting. Then to wait 2 - 3 more weeks will be painful. I have a Guiness clone that I'll start on next. So I'll just have to go buy some beer at BevMo to quench my thirst until the...

If I want to sterilize my bottles by baking at 350 for an hour, should I still rinse with Iodophor or can I just bake the bottles?

My Fat Tire kit came with a neutral yeast, Notty.
