So I have an IIPA that has be in the carboy for 5 weeks now. the OG was 1.110. I want to dry hop it in a secondary, but I am wondering if it might need another week or 2 in the primary for the yeast to clean up since such high OG. Thoughts?

And i don't like it. It was an oatmeal stout. I am not impressed. IMO it tastes watered down. Or could it be I just make by beers too malt heavy. Thoughts?

Does anyone have a very simple hefeweizen recipe? preferably an extract version that makes 5 gallons. I've never made a hef before so i'm not really sure what to expect so any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, I Need barley wine recipe. I need it to use mostly DME, but i want to start using steeping grains so those can be included also. Anyone got anything that I can use?

If i have a keg setup but no kegerator, can I just put the keg in a tub of ice to keep it cold? I plan on drinking the entire keg (not by myself:mug:).
