The elder clone kit was awesome!! its comes in individual packs with what time to add the hops, makes for a simple brew day. The aroma and taste are almost identical. I forgot to add the sugar to up the ABV so mine is a little on the lower side of ABV. still 6.5 --- I mashed at 149 for an hour...

I was wondering how most of you handle fermenting/conditioning multiple batches? such as if you have a kegerator do you change the temp. of the beer your serving to lagering temps or do you just lager the beer longer???:confused:

so the word is... it’s a custom bound leather brewing journal, she took bits and pieces of different logs and combined them into one journal, and its strapped to a harrier kegerator... my wife was right she’s the best!!! 3 more months and ill be able to use it
