    Kegging Question

    Soon I will be kegging my IBA. I want to avoid oxidation as much as possible, but I will need to use the siphon. Will it help if I fill the keg with CO2 before I siphon, given that CO2 is heavier that room air.

    Air Lock Trouble

    So the airlock got clogged, so I cleaned it out. Then again and the grommet fell in the fermentor, so I packed paper towels soaked in sanitizer around the base. Seems like in the future I need a better solution. The "S" air locks don't seem much better. Are there other options out there?

    Stalled Fermentation

    Brewers Best Holiday Ale

    Hello: I am just getting back into brewing after about 15 years. I am starting with Brewers Best Holiday Ale. My question concerned the spice packet. Do I put the spices in a grain bag or just through them in. And if it is the former, when do I take them out. Thanks in advance.
