    i just bought some starsan and was reading the label. it says harmful if swallowed and to allow to dry. if you let your bottles sit there and dry couldnt they get contaminated? would it be ok to just dump out the starsan and immediately fill the bottle with beer? just wondering how others...

    i just made my second brew. its an extract and it just went in the secondary today, a chocolate porter. well it only measured out to about 4 1/4 gallons and it should be five. my question is: should i adjust the amount of sugar when i go to bottle or add the full amount? thanks
