    What's your new style obsession?

    I am currently obsessed with brewing various German style lagers with various New Zealand hops. I love the clean malt profiles of these styles and the various ways they let subtle hop characteristics come through. I have more recipes designed than I can brew. What are you into these days?

    I have a small chest freezer full of glycol that I use. works well. I use straight well water to knock off the first 100 degrees and then utilize the glycol to knock it down the rest of the way. I get a better drop that way. I love this system. Super easy to clean up.

    I started putting my carbonator together yesterday. I need 2 more fittings for the pump to attach the beer lines but its about there. I used an old water cooler stand as a base and built it with triclamp fittings because had them.
