    Pasteurize or not

    I want to make cider to keg in 18 lts kegs, i was thinking of making 13 and 1/2 lts at 10 % then when it finished adding 4and 1/2 lts of apple juice to sweeten it and bring it to about 7% . I have a Brewzilla can i put the 13and 1/2 lts in it and use it to pasteurize it then add the 4and 1/2...

    Help Needed

    Hi to you all i have brewed 21 lts of 10.3 % cider i have put 7 lts of apple juice to it making 28 lts ,can anybody tell what % it will come at many thanks for any help

    shop juice

    Hi does any body add black grape juice to there T/C ,if it is ok to mix them is 3 of apple juice to 1 of grape juice ok many thanks for any replys
