Have been pretty good about only having beer on the weekends, will make this Treehouse case last a little longer!

Some more Treehouse, have one more week in the carboy with my Irish stout then will be kegging.

Yea that looks off compared to their usual stuff. Disappointing!

Made the trip today! Picked up a case of different 4 packs. Got there right for 11 AM and was on line for about 20 mins.

Haha yes! Luckily 12% brewing in CT got a bunch of them in and I was able to order. Very impressed and hope to get there soon. Going to Lake George next weekend but given the popularity, it won’t be a stop on the list when I’m with the GF haha.

Got my hands on some Fidens from Colonie, NY since a poster here introduced me to. Very good!

Keeping it simple today.

Ahh yea great places! I’m due for a visit back, hopefully Saratoga track is open. I’m sure she is familiar with good ole WT’s as well.

Oh nice! I went to school over at UAlbany a few years back. I’ll have to make a trip! Yea I picked him on my fantasy squad, regretted it all year.

Beer looks great, how long have they been open? And yes Evan Engram getting voted in the pro bowl is embarrassing, coming from a fellow Giants fan.

Here’s the finished product! Tapped keg today, smells and looks great. Taste isn’t bad either, may need a little more time to mellow out. Overall, I am happy with the finished product!

Treehouse Cachet!

I am new to the brewing scene myself, but from what I have read/seen, most people throw the hops in loose and I am following that route. Currently on day 9 of my process and have dry hopped into the primary. Will be cold crashing tomorrow for a couple days then into the keg!

In my excitement and anticipation of starting my next batch of beer, I committed a true rookie mistake (first of many to come), I refrigerated my bottled kit beer instead of letting it sit in room temp. Silly mistake, but after reading up on others miscues, seems as though I can let it sit out...

Update! Here’s a pic of my “DDH Triple Threat” on day 6. Reading up on a bunch of tips so will be kegging it around day 12. The strange looking black line is a result of my cracked iPhone lense, but I’m happy with the color so far!
