    What am I doing wrong?

Thanks for the input. Appreciated! It really has a great smell but the flavor just isn't there. No hop fruitiness at all. It's very odd. The aftertaste is bitter. Just to add more info I DH day 3, DDH day 6, cold crash day 10, Keg day 12, tasted day 14 after 2 days at 15psi

    What am I doing wrong?

Yeah I'm not really sure why I'm getting such a bitter and bad aftertaste. Pretty bummed. Pic of a fresh pour attached. Pressure transfer from fermenter into keg. Has been carbonating for 48 hours at 12psi

What am I doing wrong? Attached is my recipe. The beer smells and looks fantastic but the flavor just is not there. It's almost bitter. Brewed on the anvil foundry and kegged three days ago.

Brewfather recipe summary attached - what does everyone think? The final gravity falls outside of the recommended level according to brewfather - they say max should be 1.015 and this is coming in at 1.022.

    Sour water profile?

What should I be shooting for - there doesn't appear to be too much info out there? Attached is my current water profile. I have gypsum, epsom salt, and calcium chloride but i can get other stuff as well if need be. Thanks for the help!

    Thoughts on my first recipe?

Be gentle... This is my first attempt. I am trying to emulate a local microbrewery who does a fantastic single hop cashmere neipa. It is super creamy and smooth with almost no bitterness. Destroy me if you must. I appreciate the constructive feedback.
