    this sounds awesome! i however may go for a Blackberry one based on fruit availability where i am (Oregon has way too many wild blackberries)! if that goes well im gonna try huckleberry and then maybe try to incorporate some Purple corn, Agave, and Lime in one!

    Imperial A38 Juice yeast

    Just actually kegged up a Double Dry-Hopped NEPale Ale with spelt, oats, and rye in the grain bill using this yeast! got her down to 1.014 from 1.062 and just said Eff it! i doubt this batch is gonna get lower than that so i just decided to keg it. its been in for 15 days, dry hopped at day 4...

    its in a non marked jar currently but holding it next to a standard mason jar id have to guess about 50-60ml of SOLID slurry. jar has been very undisturbed lately and has settled down very nicely.

    i totally get that but so far its always had a good amount of bottom of the bottle beer and kept in the back of my fridge this entire time with an airtight lid and shows no sign of infection thusfar. i guess ill just have to play around and get some starter wort going and see what happens...
