I take gravity readings the old fashioned way as well with a calibrated hydrometer. Confirmed the readings All of the electric system has been calibrated as well +\-1 degree across multiple thermometers

Any particular reason for this? If the hose barb at the fermenter is still 3/8" then the restriction on flow is the same whether the feed line is 1/2 or 3/8". And at this short of a distances, friction losses are minimal

Yeah i figured that. Its only going about 6 feet in a straight line, then making a 90 degree turn and running for another 3 or 4 feet up to the fermenters, so i'll likely run them in a 4 line trunk that 6 feet, then split them out into 2 lines for the 90 bend, and then out to single as they...
