    No oxygen dry hopping

This is quite appropriate, as on Saturday I DH'd in exactly this way. Been very happy with the results on my Spike Flex+.

    No oxygen dry hopping

@mongoose33 - you're an amazing example of how awesome & collaborative the homebrewing community is. Thank you for this detailed information! I can't wait to try the 1st beer bubbling away in my Spike Flex+ (a hazy pale ale) using the processes discussed in this thread. I'll be sure to report...

    No oxygen dry hopping

Definitely read this thread. I'm glad I asked a question in June (which seemed to kickstart the slightly dormant conversation). kegging is the part that I was asking about (rather than the DH part). I'm new to stainless and not entirely sure how to best rack with minimal/no O2. I guess if I...

    No oxygen dry hopping

Could you share what your process is for what you have on your fermenter and what process & when you change things?

    No oxygen dry hopping

@mongoose33 - did this technique improve the quality/taste of your DH’d beer? I just picked up a Spike Flex+ and am considering getting a sightglass & extra butterfly valve just to do this.

Saison Parfait (by Bootleg Biology) appreciation thread

How’d your Nelson Saison turn out? I’m wanting to mess around with late/dry hop w/Saison Parfait, but a heavy dose of Amarillo late-hopped is just so good. Gonna tone down the late hop, keg, then bottle on a variety of hops to see what comes of it.

    Lemonaughty hops?

I just brewed an NEIPA that was heavy on Lemonaughty, and complimented with Motueka, Citra & Centennial (Imperial A24 Dry Hop yeast). My goal was something refreshing akin to Lemonade/Lemon-Lime gatorade... Kegged yesterday: I definitely pick up the Lemon-y Citrus character in nose/flavor + a...
