    Infection help

Does using glass make a difference when something like this occurs? Meaning one might actually be able to disinfect the glass, whereas the plastic will hold on to it?

    Recipe, efficiency, calculations

Is it common to stir after the initial sach rest before your first runnings? I have only been doing that during batch sparge. After reading your posts it seems like it is a good idea to do it.

Payed for my water report. Which I also received today. Found out my water is great for stouts straight from the faucet.

    Batch Sparging. What's your efficiency?

I am new to all grain, and on my first batch I tried to check efficiency. My problem was not knowing what exact grain (MFG/specs) I had in my all grain brew kit to determine my exact potential sugar. So I knew my efficiency would be off to start with. From now on I will be getting grain from...

Designing a beer, seeking some knowledge.

Later on this upcoming summer I have plans to infuse some beer with fruit to get a particular effect. My question is what beer styles are more commonly combined with fruit as a general practice? I don't want to get too far off the path. Also, I have been trying to figure out the proper fruit...

    Please check my equipment setup

You have to point it in the opposite direction that the carbon dioxide is flowing. There is a nice meter on Amazon that attaches to your phone, so you can test for that. Unless you have reverse ray spectacles.
