    Auber brew panel problem

Actually, looking at the instructions. Is the pigtail supposed to hook to the neutral bar and the white neutral wire coming from the outlet supposed to hook directly to the gfci breaker instead of the bus bar like I have above?

    Auber brew panel problem

Yes. my white pigtail from the GFCI is hooked up to the neutral bar on the right. I tried to label everything for easier viewing. Only thing I did not label was the ground wire on the top of the ground bus bar on the left.

    Auber brew panel problem

This is a picture of my main subpanel with the 50a Gfci breaker on the top right. Hots going to the breaker. White going to neutral bar. Ground going to ground bar on left. Not sure why it keeps tripping. I checked the outlet and it is wired correct, as well as the power cable and the input at...

    Auber brew panel problem

It does this with anything that is plugged into the pump outlets on the back. I even tried a desktop LED light. The main sub-panel has 4 wires with white going to a neutral bus bar and green going to the negative bar. White is plugged into the silver tab on the stove outlet. Power cable has...

    Auber brew panel problem

Finally got everything up and running and decided to to a test boil seeing how long to bring to a boil and find my boil off rate for 60min. I went to do a whirlpool at the end to test out the pumps. As soon as I turned the pump 1 switch on, the main GFCI breaker tripped in my sub-panel. Not...

My system is starting to come alive.

Auber Brew Panel with EZboil PID. Was able to mount it out of the way for a pretty sleek look I think. Will be running a 2 vessel system temporarily. Need to ultimately source the other two spike kettles in order to run the 3 vessel later. But this should work. Still need to drill a hole for...

Wiring a 240V 22mm LED as Element Indicator (Am I doing it right?)

Got everything figured out. Got the LED wired in parallel with the element. Shows faint light when system turned on but that is with the element unplugged. Other than that, system seems to check out fine so far. Still need to make up the element cable and then do a test run with water.

Outlets on Panel energized when switches in off position. Help

Auber sent me a new diagram. Seems to be completely different wiring based on using illuminated switches. Also will be incorporating a volt/amp meter into the panel. Auber customer service has been phenomenal.

Outlets on Panel energized when switches in off position. Help

Here is the wiring schematic from Auber. The only difference is they gave me illuminated switches. Page 10 and 11 show the switches and the way I wired them.

Wiring a 240V 22mm LED as Element Indicator (Am I doing it right?)

Ok. Yes, my element is not plugged in at the moment. Just finished making the main power cable and put juice to it to make sure all the smoke stayed in the wires.

Outlets on Panel energized when switches in off position. Help

Just finished up wiring everything on the Auber Cube, but, I have 108v to the pump outlets in the back when my switches are in the off position. When I turn them on, the illumination works correctly and I get the correct 120v to the pump outlets. What might be wrong? They are 22mm illuminated...

Wiring a 240V 22mm LED as Element Indicator (Am I doing it right?)

When I turn my main power on the element LED is illuminated. I wired it directly off of the element. Why is it on?

Wiring a 240V 22mm LED as Element Indicator (Am I doing it right?)

I have extra so no big deal. I tend to over build everything anyway.
