    Leaving Beer?

    I have left my pilsner in the secondary for about 2 months, is this okay? Its in a dark place. Can i leave in the secondary for much longer? or is this good? :confused:

    My lager (which is an extract kit) is in the secondary fermentation at the moment. I havent lagered it yet, because i plan to do this when i bottle. But in the secondary (i have glass demijohns) the lager is looking quite dark an suspiciously ale like.... shouldnt it be a lighter colour? or will...

    Temperature definetly didnt drop, i have got a heater. I didnt put any extra suger in, just yeast nutrient.

    Help!

    My cider has been bubbling along for the last 4 days, well bubbling alot really. But suddenly yesterday it stopped all together. Is it natural for cider to stop primary fermentation after 4 days, or is something wrong? Help! :(

    Oxyclean

    I find that oxyclean gets rid of some labels (eg ones for big commercial beers) but the labels on bottles from micro brewerys and the like just stay on and you have to spend ages scrubbing them off! :(

    I think you should use seat belts because that can save your life in one go. But pot only kills you slowly, it should be allowed :p
