    Saaz Hops - Currently Unavailable

I’ve been planning on using Motueka for my next pils.

The "We'll fix your label for you" thread

Awesome! I have no ambitions of doing anything but having fun, and having some cool "merch" like stickers, coasters, etc. to show off to friends. I found one of my cousins that's going to try to paint a large sign to hang over the keezer in the living room. Could you isolate the bottom left...

I'm fine with whatever as long as this picture is the same. Font, shape etc I'm not married to.

    Grain Screwup

I just did a pale ale with galaxy and Motueka and it did seem to take a back seat to the galaxy but I still have over half a pound left so it's getting tossed in again. I do plan on a pilsner soon using motueka replacing saaz and I'll post how they go.

    Grain Screwup

So I was having a few homebrews last week and ordering grains for two separate brews from Texas Brewing. Turns out it must have been one too many because I accidentally placed the two pounds of Vienna malt on my second grain bill, which is a 100% MO pale ale. Now I have 12# of MO and 2# of...

    34/70 fermentation help

Thanks! I'll start checking gravity early next week and bump it up around 1.020 or so. Sounds like I need to only keep it at 60 for 5-7 days?

    34/70 fermentation help

I'm brewing my first lager this morning (a Marzen) and using two packets of 34/70. I know I've read before about pitching at 50F and holding there for two weeks before raising to 60F for a d-rest, but I can't seem to find it with a search . I was wondering what the forum's thoughts were on this...

    Fatherhood And Brewing

I try to make my daughter (4) a part of as much of the process as possible. On brew day she helps me weigh out the grains and hop additions. She's official transfer hose holder when racking to secondary. And she's the best bottle cleaner/sanitizer when I decide to bottle instead of keg. She...

Maris Otter s-04 almost smash ideas?

Definitely a nube question but why do you need to add C40 for head retention? Ive only done a few AG brews and my all MO pale ale is my favorite so far with no head issues.

Not really fond of the font, but love the pic. Would appreciate any and all help creating a brewery logo for sign and coasters!
