    Dry US-05 slow start in cold wort

    I did send thing with my us05 after 2 1/2 days I warmed. To 70 degrees and took off. Turned out delicious

    I agree and the onle reason I transfer to secondary is to free up my formenting bucket. No patience, I guess

    Keg lid leaking after o-ring replacement

    I've had the same thing happen. I tried all the tricks. Pennies under the sealing arms, silicone sealant, new I ring ginger pressure, adjusting the lid under slight pressure and nothing worked. Finally bought oversized oring from Williams brewing. Worked great with no more messing around...
