I used a bunch of citra dry hopping once in an IPA and it turned out great. Maybe I will put some in dry as well.

My sister gave me a pound of Galaxy and a pound of Crystal hops. I love hoppy IPA's. Can someone suggest a recipe? I am too new at brewing to really try and wing it myself just yet. :mug:

I am totally guessing here but it sounds like something in the tank is out of spec and the design of the tank valve on the burner is not opening the safety valve on the tank. Once upon a time if you opened a propane valve, propane just sprayed out. Now they use something that prevents this...

I don't have a KAB4 but I am sure it would be fine. The KAB6 I have is probably overkill.

I have the KAB6. It is a beast. It heats my 20 gallon pot up very quickly. It can really chew through gas if you crank it though. No way you can run it at full for a boil. It would probably hold a full 45 gallon drum if you wanted. It is very very hot, very very strong, pretty cheap. But darn...

I have been BIAB from the start but actually have just ordered the gear to make a cooler mash tun. Like BIAB well enough but just thought I would give it a try. But I like fooling with stuff.
