Or don't :) I always bypass the "add dishwasher tablets" step and wait for the water to heat up. And I use powder that has no shining agent in it. Add the powder to a glass of hot water and wait a few minutes for it to dissolve - stirring now and then - and add it to the boil tank.

Last hefe I pitched one PurePitch with WLP300 - no starter. 20L/5gal. Deliberate underpitch IOW. Easier than dry if you ask me :)
