    Chronical (7 gal) gas quick disconnect accessory - SS Brewtech

    I've seen videos where people are able to connect a gas quick disconnect to the top of their chronical to do closed transfers. I contacted SS brewtech and they don't sell this accessory. Anyone know where to get the parts I need? See the video for an example of what I'm talking about...

    Dunkles Weissbier Dunkelweizen

    I brewed this with WYeast 3068 at 70F and this beer is a clovy mess. Not sure if it will settle down over time, but I've racked to keg and it's tough to swallow. Also, it's not as dark as dunkel that I've had.

    I can confirm that this is a worthy IPA recipe... The only thing I changed is a late 5 minute addition of citra just because I love that hop and the results are off the charts good.

    4 days passed and I'm still stuck at 1.020 down from 1.094 OG. If I cold condition now the yeast will go dormant, so I racked to a new vessel hoping it would promote a little yeast action. Due to a vigorous blow-off, I have less beer than ideal. My apparent attenuation calculates to 77%...

    Hey guys, I brewed the New World and got an OG of 1.094. She's now at 1.020 after 7 days. Now sitting at 67 degrees, do I rack and hope that promotes the yeast to finish in the teens or wait it out another couple days without racking?
