Is diacetyl resting limited to specific styles of beer or yeast strains? I did it for a lager a while back, but haven't brewed in a bit. I'm thinking of brewing an APA using us-05 - fermented somewhere in the neighborhood of 60-65 degrees. Should I warm it up to room temp (72ish) before kegging?

Anyone got any 2.5 gallon kegs to sell me? 1 or more. I'm in LA, but can travel to surrounding areas. Thanks!

Food Science bachelors covers a lot of it. Every brewery and winery I worked at the brewmasters held food science degrees.

I used vinegar on my Keureg and it was a big mistake. The smell of vinegar is repulsive to me. Every cup of joe smelled like balls for about a month. And that's after a solid 2 hr OCD scrub and rinse. I threw the thing away.

I'm not currently lagering but I was planning on it. I do cold crash though.
