Yeast produces CO2 and alcohol etc. When the wine is about to be come dry, the fermentation slows down and you can still get CO2 coming up, even when it's dry, the left over takes time to be release.     I tried making sugar wash from 1.40 until 1.080. Every time I start doing sugar wash. the fermentation stops working at 1.020 or something. I bought yeast nutrient and it worked.

    I had before but, I do live outside the USA. Here DHL or any other courier company would charge me a lot to ship chemical substance (If it's liquid only I think)

    Thanks for the tip. I will consider using mild soap with hot water just to remove anything stuck in there and leave no perfume attached to plastic.

    I got it :) I made a slurry one and poured it in the bucket, I stirred for like 5 minutes once every hour ( 3 hours total), I left it for 1 day but I noticed nothing. Did I add enough? Or should I have left it for a few days?
