    Milk Stout with Real Milk

Jrnuttle used skim milk, moops used whey. Both sounded like it was successful. But it'd be interesting to know they're recipe and or amounts for a 5 gal batch.

    Milk Stout with Real Milk

Honestly... It's threads like this that make me, as a creative home brewer wanting to try anything, not want to use these forums for advice. Because you guys in a real "as a matter of fact" way told this guy repeatedly that he can't use milk because blah blah then mock the question. But if you...

    Albuquerque suggestions?

Ya I think I'll give it another shot too. Honestly my first time at boxing bear I wasn't blown away but they are easily one of my favorites now so second chances can be good haha.

    Beer Miracle!

This is great advice. I sure know the feeling, like many new brewers, of finally making through the brew process and fermentation, taken all the steps carefully, everything checks out, then you pop a green beer open and you have instant disappointment. Patience is a serious virtue in home brewing.

    What are you drinking now?

I think it's all bs. Everyone knows breweries, like restaurants, have a fairly high rate of failure. They a HUGE financial buisness risks. The fact is that a company as high profile as red bull shouldn't be concerned with such a small small business who in all logic won't effect one but of sales...

    What are you drinking now?

This was red bulls only response to my email today.. "Brands, big and small, seek to protect their trademarks every day. All we are asking for is to allow the administrative process at the US Patent & Trademark Office to run its course and we remain hopeful that a fair agreement can be reached...

    What are you drinking now?

Yep I think what red bull is saying is that, they think they're current and future potential customers are morons, and will confuse any bolvine animal not in appearance but in name... They are trying to claim ownership for an entire species and sub species of animal.. I think it's insulting to...

Yep, definitely a lot of info to absorb. We'll again I appreciate the help. I have done a few beers now but ciders was kinda different in terms of how it's done and the different processes to achieve what I'm looking for so it's all a learning process.
