    we just painted one of our bedrooms: one wall is red and the other three are a cream color, the trim on the red was painted the cream color and vice-versa for the cream wall. this gave the room a very country feel. it goes well with either dark or light wood furniture

    i'm not saying you are wrong, from the looks of your website you seem to know exactly what you are doing. but on this forum generally a mini-mash is considered a partial-mash (which is typically using half extract(powder or liquid form) and half grain (two-row + specialty grain).:mug:

    it isn't a mini-mash because it's using "all" grain, hence All-grain (AG) edit: this is assuming mini-mash and partial mash mean the same thing. I guess maybe you would call it a mini-ag

    Interesting new beer at the local brewpub

    Hay all! Just wanted to let you know about an interesting beer I had last night at our local brewpub. I've never heard of brewing the two types together but d@mn was it great.     if you are really going to try this I would leave the oysters out and just use the brine. save the oysters for hot sauce and crackers.:mug:
