Now that you made me check and learn what all that means, I think the transformer I took back to RadioShack would have worked too. It was 25Vac at 2.0 amps which would mean it is 50 VA right? Also for small transformers VA is essentially watts right? Andy

I made 10 gallons of this recipe and put Jolly Pumpkin dregs in 5 gallons of it. It smells delicious. I don't know if you like funky/sour beers, but that would bring down the FG some if you don't get it down otherwise.
