Wasn't sure about the flavor mixing with the hallertau, tetnang, and fuggle. Do all hops end up with the same bittering flavor when fully boiled, or maybe very subtle since they're all cooked out? I thought throwing in a random mix could really nasty up the beer, so I stuck with the small...

Didn't have access to additional hops. I split the hop additions up in quantity and times to stretch them out over the brew. Flavor was pretty good going into the fermentor. Dry hopping with cascade, hopefully it doesn't lack on the aroma. I brewed Sunday and left out the candi sugar...

Topped off to 3 gallons and 1.073 OG. Bubbling away in the fermenter. Should finish off nicely.

Expecting it to be a little lower than the 1.084. If not I'll just top it off to bring it down.

Screwed up conversion on grain bill and have too much 2 row in my milled mix of grain. Realized after it was all mixed. Think I should cut the grain mix back to the total weight for the proper conversion so the gravity comes back to target? This mix is projected 13% abv, and I was aiming for...

This beer turned out good. I think the fast track to drinking it in the recipe keeps it short of becoming a really good beer. I think it will do really well over the next few weeks in the bottle.

Decided to bottle it after tasting the beer. Hopefully they don't explode.

Bottled this tonight. Not sure about how the flavors are going to come through on this one. Will see once its carbed and cold. One thing I've learned is to not puree the fruit, unless you like pulp in your beer. Guess it should settle in the bottle after a bit.

Here's a different angle. Doesn't appear to have fuzz. Noticed the airlock activity increasing this morning, when I've been expecting it to be settling down.
