I'm having an issue with the readings on my PID. I have my HLT set at 152 and my manual thermometer reads 152. My mash temp reads around 156-157 with this setting. When I measure my with my manual thermometer it reads 149. If I change out my cord from my HLT and put it on my Mash probe it...

I was recently given two 15.5 gallon Sanke kegs that someone had been using for fermenting. I brew half barrel batches and want to use them as actual kegs but the spears are missing. Anyone have 2 Sanke type D spears for sale? Can't seem to find them in stock from any homebrew stores.
