    Check your gravity. You might have just missed fermentation and its done already. The fact that its bubbling after you swirled it doesn't really mean anything, sounds like the beer is just releasing C02 in solution.

    Brewery Growler filling differences.

    By me they look to see if its clean and hand it back to you if it isn't. They won't even consider cleaning it themselves. They'll just tell you to buy a new one for $5. They're often even cheaper with the first fill, like $3. Pretty reasonable to me.
