    Project

I would prefer it have something to do with home brewing. I have a small coat closet that I've thought about turning into a fermentation closet. Any ideas on what to include. Ps I hate hanging sheet rock.

    brew kettle

It's not so much lack of money as it is a lack of skill and tools. I'd rather use cheaper materials incase I screw up. I'd just buy one already made but I'm looking for a project to do and something that will widen my skill set. Thanks everyone for the help by the way!

What is the most unique beer you've made so far?

i like to brew unique beers that i can't run to the store and get. I'm a pretty inexperienced home brewer but so far I've made a banana hefeweizen, bacon porter, and i just bottled a cream ale that i added 5 pounds of strawberries into the secondary.

    Much needed advice

I can't cold crash it but if I just leave it in the secondary it will be ok? I am also bottling it if that helps any.

    Much needed advice

I'm brewing a strawberry cream ale and it's been in the secondary fermenter for two weeks. It's really cloudy (like muddy water) and it has about 2-3 inches of sludge in the bottom. Can I rack it into a another carboy or is there a better/safer way to clear it up?
