Use keg lube and you'll get a proper seal.

    Yeast starter... How long?

You should watch the Wyeast video on starters. Anything over 24 hours is not good for the yeast. Most new growth is done after about 18 hours. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ng0Ib7n4DIA Chill the starter so the yeast drops out of suspension and then dump most of the wort off the top. You...

    Yeast starter... How long?

16-24 hours is all you need. More time can harm the yeast.

    Under Pitched

I'd add two or three more vials to ensure a healthy fermentation. And your probably going to need a blow off tube. You need to add the yeast today so get it from a local home brew shop. You can also just add a packet of US-05 since it is the same yeast as WLP001.

    Unexpected guests in primary...

Where did you find a keg that small?

How close is your "local" home brew shop?

The closest one to me is a 5 minute drive but they don't have much more than ingredients. If I need equipment it's about 20 minutes each way.

Water, sediments and my new brew kettle?

Probably just oxidation from the aluminum. Did the kettle walls darken? You need to oxidize aluminum kettles before use.

    Post your infection

Use PBW to clean your equipment.

    Post your infection

He must be scared of the foam. Get it off him, it's the best.

    beer quantities.

The Home Depot buckets and brewing buckets are both made out of HDPE. Check the bottoms and you'll see the same stamp.

Looking for a first brew suggestion!

As long as you stay in the house while consuming it and don't take any out of the house you're fine.

    Glass carboy "crack"?

Looks like there's air bubbles in the glass. Replace it.

Big Mouth Bubblers are dangerously thin

I would toss that batch. Glass is the last thing you want imbedded in your throat. I doubt you can filter out the tiny shards and if it gets into your throat you'll need surgery to have it removed.

    PBW Measurement

    You can just weigh it.

Wort is good, beer is bad. Troubleshooting needed.

I'd stay away from bleach and use PBW and StarSan. Bleach can leave behind a nasty residue.

    One Hour Brew Day

It takes time to bring the water up to a boil. And you have to steep grains for half an hour at around 160f.

Used A Muslin Bag During Racking...

Why not just leave the filter cap on you racking cane and keep it above the hops?

    Hop bags

You can just toss the hops in. They'll sink to the bottom by the time you rack the beer to your bottling bucket.

Looking for a first brew suggestion!

You have to be 21 to purchase alcohol. 18 is legal to brew your own.
