So as I was preparing my must, my two year old got a hold of my hydrometer before I could get a reading. Would anyone know an approximate gravity for 12 lbs. honey and 5 gallons of water? (6gal total)

I'm a noob brewer and need some help figuring out what nutrients/energizer etc. I need. I had got some energizer from a lhbs but do t know what else I need. This is what I got Any assistance is greatly appreciated
