    Coffin Keezer: Drip tray insert falling out

    I'm just finishing up my first Keezer build (will post pics soon!) I've secured the drip tray on the counter top (with 3M velcro picture hanging command strips.) However when I flip up the coffin lid the drip tray grill insert falls out. Anybody have a good solution to keep the drip tray...

    BJCP 2015 category for Vanilla Cream Ale

    In 2015 Cream Ale was moved to Style 1C in Category 1 Standard American Beer. From what I understand this category should not include vanilla cream ales because they are not part of the original cream ale style. Which category should a vanilla cream ale be entered ? John
