    Original gravity

    Ok now I feel really stupid added yeast and I'm at 1.09. I didn't thank is would jump up that high. I posted this when it was still a little to warm for the yeast but once it cooled and I added yeast everything is ok.

    I'm making a Belgian Dark Strong the supply store was out of Pilsen Light Malt so I bought Golden Light will that change my OG? My reading is about .03 off it should be 1.09 and it is 1.06. Pilsen Lovibond is 2% and Golden is 4% would that make that much of a different?Any help would be great...

    Ginger Beer

    I'm making two and a half gallons wheat beer that I want to add ginger to. I'm going to add it to the secondary fermentation. I want to use fresh grated ginger, my question is how much should I use?

    flat beer

    I have brew two beers this year that both came out flat. Not sure why. I did a lemon wheat and a Irish red. Just opened a red and no head at all ,same with the lemon. Did the same as last year and they came out great. Not sure what happened any,if anyone has any ideals it would help. Thanks Homer

    Honey cinnamon

    I have made honey beer before but this time i'm think about adding cinnamon. I have not used cinnamon before so i'm not sure on how much to add or if i should use powder or stick. I'm making 5 gallons Belgian honey ale. Looking for any help. Thanks
