    No it's fermenting in a class carboy, the tube come off the bung into the jug that had water in it. The end is a racking cane with the clip to hold it down. All the foam is being pushed from the fermenter to the jug. Here is the pic of the carboy the after we transferred it from the pot...

    I do keep to the top when racking my beer over to bottle but when getting to the bottle perhaps I'm getting to close. I also use Irish moss now and out a grain sock over my siphon tub just in case. I think I'll try and keep a little more in the fermenter when racking over to bottle. Night be...

    I have been reading here in the forum for a while and search but haven't found an answer. Here's what I got going on.... I bottle my beer not keg. And doing so I use corn sugar. It is to my understanding that the yeast in the beer reacts with the added sugar and carbonates (bottle conditions)...
