    Falconer's Flight Beers

    Brewing a beer for a Christmas but I plan on using Falconer's Flight and Vermont IPA Yeast. I am trying to decide between a Hoppy Brown, Hoppy Amber, and a standard IPA. I know Brown ales probably shouldnt have that falconers citrus flavor but I was wondering if it has been done.

    My First All Grain Brew Day

    Here's what the finished product came in at. I clocked it at 7.6%. In retrospect, I did not need to add that DME. Nice and Roasty, a bit dry, some nice sweet coffee notes. Very excited about my next batch.
